Snails do exactly what snails do. They eat constantly. Great for algae control and will devour seaweed.

One was a decent size, about a quarter in diameter, the other two very small dime size. Wish they were bigger.

Snails arrived in no water and it scared me but they turned out to be fine and started eating within 24 hours. Healthy decent snails, mine were about .75 of an inch in size.
