Nutramar Live Microalgae Rhodo is a premium red microalgae culture designed to meet the nutritional needs of filter-feeding marine organisms. This species of Rhodomonas is naturally rich in phycoerythrin, a light-harvesting protein responsible for its deep red coloration and high nutritional density. It also delivers elevated levels of omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA, along with essential proteins, vitamins, and beneficial phytonutrients that support coral health and overall invertebrate vitality.

Feeding Instructions

Dose 15–30 mL per 50 gallons once daily. Turn off protein skimmers for 30–45 minutes during feeding to allow maximum uptake. For target feeding or to enhance feeding opportunities for corals and invertebrates, temporarily shut off circulation pumps while dosing. Heavily stocked aquariums may benefit from increased dosage or more frequent feedings. Suitable for feeding filter-feeding inhabitants such as zooplankton, sponges, and select SPS corals.
